Waitlist Terms
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms explain how the JAELE waitlist works. By submitting the form, you ask to join under these terms. Your separate email choice controls whether we send you marketing emails.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free. Use an email address you control. You must choose to receive JAELE emails and confirm your address before the subscription becomes active. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. You do not need to make a purchase, provide payment details or create a customer account.
JAELE emails and optional advertising
Email subscribers receive ongoing JAELE announcements and marketing, which may include collection previews, product launches, offers and other JAELE news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting info@jaele.com.au.
Separately, you may choose to allow JAELE to share your email with Meta for matching to JAELE advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram and to help reach similar audiences. This choice is optional and is not required to join the email list. You can withdraw Meta permission alone by contacting us; unsubscribing from JAELE emails also withdraws it. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What the waitlist does not promise
A waitlist entry is not an order, purchase, paid reservation or allocation of stock. Joining does not guarantee early access, a place in a purchasing queue, a product, price, discount or launch date. Any specific benefit or promotion will be described separately if offered. You are not required to buy anything because you joined.
Managing the service
We may reject or remove a registration that is fraudulent, abusive, submitted without authority or unable to receive email. We may change or close the waitlist. We will not use your details for a different purpose merely because the waitlist changes or closes.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
We may update these terms for future operation of the waitlist. A change will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or expand your marketing permission. Where a fresh choice or consent is required, we will ask you.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Australian law, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a matter before a competent court, tribunal or regulator.
